61 yo diabetic with penile curvature and Peyronie’s disease. The Coloplast cylinders correct the penile curvature with minimal loss of length.
Picture shows 90 degree curvature with hour glass deformity at the base of the penile shaft. This was taken after Verapamil injections of the plaque.
The patient had a Coloplast implant on 8/23/13, and this picture was taken on 05/15/14. The cylinders corrected the angulation overtime without the need of modeling or additional surgery.
