AMS Financial Assistance
Patients who would like to utilize the financial assistance program from AMS/Boston Scientific must meet certain requirements. In all cases, the patient must have a minimum of $500 out of pocket expenses, must be commercially insured (those with government insurance do not qualify) and cannot reside in Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Rhode Island, or Vermont. Dependent on income, patients will qualify for either a grant or an interest-free loan of up to $20,000.
