For patients not residing in the NYC or the Tri-state Area, or patients who are unable to visit our office, we provide the option of a phone consultation with Dr. Eid.
The patient is required to fill out the patient history form on our website and either e-mail it or fax it back to our office prior to the consultation. Dr. Eid will review the patient’s complete history form, interview the patient as well as obtain any pertinent additional information. A written report including an assessment of the patient’s condition as well as recommendations for further management is mailed to the patient within the next ten days. Many men have benefited from this service whether or not they proceed with treatment or procedure with Dr. Eid. |

The Initial consultation lasts for 30 minutes and is at a cost of $285.00 (not reimbursable by any insurance).
The Follow Up consultation lasts for 15 mins and is at cost of $150.00 (not reimbursable by any insurance).
